Q. Will you combine shipping for vinyl and international orders?
A. Yes. Any overages for postage on vinyl orders will be automaticly refunded when order ships. Contact us with a list of the items you want, as well as your address, and we would be happy to make a custom quote.
Q. Will I receive a confirmation number.
A. Tracking/Customs numbers are sent via Paypal when the order is shipped.
Q. How soon will my order be shipped?
A. Orders normally go out within 3-5 business days of payment being received.
Q. How is my order shipped?
A. Shirts, CDs and tapes are usually sent first class. LPs are sent Priority mail in the US and first class to other countries. Occasionally CDs and shirts are sent priority if they weigh too much to be sent first class.
Q. How long does it take for me to get my order?
A. Depends on where you live. US orders usually arrive within a week. International orders depend on the customs in your country.
Tracking/Customs numbers are emailed when the order is shipped. Once it leaves the country we are no longer able to track it and the customer will need to go to their local post office for inquiries.
It is not unusual for orders sent to countries such as Italy, Germany, Brazil and Mexico to be held in customs for a few months. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE TIME IT TAKES FOR A PACKAGE TO GO THROUGH CUSTOMS.

A. We often send multi-item orders in separate packages to save on shipping costs. Sometimes orders will arrive within a few days of each other. When we ship multiple packages we will write "1 of 2", "2 of 2", "1 of 3" etc in large numbers on the front of the package.
Q. My order hasn't arrived yet.
A. Try tracking it first with the number supplied when the order was shipped. If you still have concerns, feel free to contact us. Contact us before placing Paypal disputes!

- If the wrong order is shipped we will replace it at our cost.
- If the wrong size is ordered we will replace it though the customer will need to pay for shipping (both ways).
- If the wrong address is supplied and the item is returned to us the customer will need to pay shipping to have it re-sent.
- We will replace any defective items with the same item as well as pay for the shipping.
- We will not accept any returns because you have changed your mind. Once an item is shipped, it is yours.
